She has kept the team motivated in the work despite the challenging environment by harnessing strength through diversity by ensuring inclusive leadership which is the reason the organization has registered a low staff turnover but rather increasing the staffing. She has enhanced impact sustainability throughout her leadership style by encouraging innovative quotient, promoting parity rates advocacy, and openly admitting mistakes while ensuring peer accountability which is derived from her deep-rooted belief that best leaders don’t create followers but rather create more leaders instead.

As we celebrate Dorcus’s achievements, we are reminded that women like her are the backbone of our communities. They are the change-makers, the problem-solvers, and the leaders who drive progress. In Her own words she said that “women don’t need to lean in -they need a system that stops pushing them out”. She calls upon every cooperate organization to create an environment that enable women to thrive.
